Vehicle History

Kinetics Drive Solutions, Inc. (KDS), formerly called Int. Silvatech Industries Inc, established itself in 1991 as an advanced transmission and vehicle drive systems company. With unique technologies in Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT) systems, Silvatech initially used the technology in the Morgan range of Vehicles.

In 2006, the then Silvatech was purchased and renamed Kinetics Drive Solutions Inc. (KDS) which became a wholly owned ST Engineering company. ST Engineering is a global, integrated, engineering group with capabilities spanning the aerospace, electronics, marine, and land systems sectors.

Based in British Columbia, Canada, Kinetics Drive Solutions Inc. moved towards being a design house providing innovative heavy duty drive and control solutions for mobile system applications. It has capabilities for vertically integrated design, engineering, testing, prototyping and small batch manufacturing of its products.

In 2006, KDS halted any further manufacturing of vehicles and in 2009 appointed a specialized local heavy duty service company, Speed Wrench Equipment Repair, to take on the support and servicing of existing products in the field.
